This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in market research and consumer behaviour who's ready to build hands-on experience across both qualitative and quantitative projects. You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality research projects for our clients. You will help manage studies from inception to completion, ensuring actionable insights and exceptional client service. You will work closely with senior researchers to support all stages of the project lifecycle — from designing questionnaires and discussion guides to analysing data and helping create compelling client reports and presentations.What you will doWork with and support projects lead by research Directors and Associate Directors across a broad range of industry sectors and covering the public and private sector.Assist in the design and setup of research projects (quantitative surveys, qualitative interviews, focus groups, etc.Assist in the creation of winning proposals for new businessHelp managing projects from beginning to end – this will include, questionnaire design, sample frame creation, fieldwork monitoring, data checks and report creationHelp with data checking, tabulations, and preliminary analysisSupport the creation of insightful story led reports and visual presentations for clientsAbout YouA curious, analytical, and detail-oriented thinkerExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasksConfident with numbers and comfortable using Excel or data toolsA team player with a can-do attitude and eagerness to learnWhy join usGreat exposure to well-known brands and diverse sectorsStructured training and mentoring to build your research skillsA supportive, collaborative environment where your ideas are valuedOpportunities to grow into more senior research roles as you developExtensive training and career development will be provided in all aspects of research and insight delivery.
