We are currently seeking an experienced recruitment consultant to join our team in Limerick. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to fill job openings, manage candidate relationships, and achieve business targets.
Responsibilities:
* Sourcing new business opportunities through sales, marketing, and networking strategies
* Developing strong client relationships through regular meetings and site visits
* Gaining a deep understanding of client companies' industries, cultures, and environments
* Advertising job vacancies across multiple channels, including social media and job boards
* Identifying and approaching suitable candidates, both active and passive
* Conducting thorough reference checks and suitability assessments for applicants
* Briefing candidates on job responsibilities, salary, and benefits
* Preparing CVs, correspondence, and presentation materials for clients
* Providing expert advice on pay rates, training, and career progression to clients and candidates alike
* Meeting or exceeding targets related to candidate placements, billable values, or business leads generated

Work Arrangements:
This is a hybrid role, requiring approximately one day (or less) per week in our Limerick office. The salary for this one-year fixed-term contract is in the range of €30,000 to €35,000.
