We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Investment Professional to join our dynamic team in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate investments, due diligence, deal sourcing, and fundraising. Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement fundraising strategies to secure capital for new and existing real estate projects.
* Conduct thorough due diligence on potential real estate investments, including financial analysis, market research, and risk assessment.
* Prepare detailed reports and presentations to support investment decisions.
* Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities in the Dublin real estate market.
* Negotiate terms and conditions with sellers, partners, and other stakeholders.
* Structure and execute real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures.
* Build and maintain relationships with investors, including high net worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors.
* Prepare and present investment proposals and pitch materials to potential investors.
* Monitor and manage the performance of existing real estate investments.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance the value of the portfolio.
* Prepare regular reports on portfolio performance for senior management and investors.
* Stay up -to -date with market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes that may impact real estate investments.
Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field.
o Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, ACA) is a plus.
o 10+ years proven experience in real estate investments, with a focus on due diligence, deal sourcing, and fundraising.
o Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills.
o Strong negotiation and communication skills.
o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
o Knowledge of real estate investment software and tools is a plus.
o Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
