Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate ICU Registered Nurse to join our team at IFSC Online Ltd.
About the Position
This is a full-time night shift role, working 7p-7a, with a guaranteed minimum of 36 hours per week. Our ICU is a fast-paced 16-bed unit where you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of critically ill patients.
Job Summary and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess excellent critical thinking skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for assessing patient conditions, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions of care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality patient care, prioritizing safety and well-being in accordance with hospital policies and standards.
* Conduct thorough assessments, identify areas of concern, and develop targeted interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes.
* Maintain accurate and detailed records, ensuring timely documentation and effective communication with colleagues.
* Participate in performance improvement activities, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, addressing complex needs and challenges in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
* Foster open communication, providing empathy and emotional support to patients, families, and colleagues, while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
* Current Georgia RN licensure or compact license; valid CPR certification issued by the American Heart Association.
* ACLS certification within six months of hire; certifications in specialty areas preferred.
* Minimum two years of experience in acute care or critical care settings; Acute Care or Critical Care experience strongly preferred.
