Job Description
Duties
This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.
Working with a local tidy towns group the successful candidate will have responsibility for maintaining public areas, keeping grass cut and the area litter free. Other responsibility will include but not be limited to tasks such as keeping road signs clean, emptying litter bins, ensuring pathways are weed free and all weeds, hedge trimmings etc are collected and disposed of in a responsible manner. Candidates will also be involved in tasks such as planting flowers, watering flowers & shrubs during the Summer months and general maintenance of plants and flowers. Successful candidates will be responsible for safe use and general maintenance of all equipment. The successful candidate will be required to have a full clean driver's licence as you may be required to use a ride on mower on the public road. Any other project work as requested by the sub sponsor group. This position is based in Tubber, Moate, Co. Westmeath.
