The role
Executive Assistant
Dublin | Full-Time
We’re partnering with a leading organisation to hire an experienced Executive Assistant to support a Group Chief Operating Officer within a fast-paced Enterprise Services function.
This is a high-profile, high-impact role, where you’ll act as a trusted right-hand to senior leadership, ensuring the smooth running of the executive office and enabling the delivery of key strategic priorities.
The Role
You’ll operate at the heart of a dynamic business function, providing proactive, confidential, and highly organised support across diary management, executive communications, governance, and stakeholder coordination.
Key responsibilities include

Managing a complex and ever-changing diary, ensuring priorities are optimised and stakeholders aligned
Preparing high-quality briefings, presentations, reports, and meeting materials
Overseeing emails, correspondence, and ensuring timely, professional responsesSupporting governance, compliance, expenses, and administrative processes
Coordinating travel, events, and senior leadership engagements
Building strong relationships and acting as a key point of contact across senior stakeholders

What We’re Looking for

Experience supporting senior executives (Director/Executive level) in a fast-paced environment
A proactive, forward-thinking mindset, with strong judgement and attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to add value beyond core administrative duties
Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging at senior level
High levels of ownership, discretion, and professionalism
Advanced proficiency in MS Office and collaboration tools (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, OneNote)
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
