Position: Pastry Senior Chef de Partie
You will help create exceptional pastries, desserts and afternoon tea experiences that reflect The Westbury’s commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and present high‑quality pastries and desserts
* Support and mentor junior pastry chefs
* Maintain top hygiene and HACCP standards
* Contribute creative ideas to menus
Qualifications
* 23+ years experience in a similar 4‑ or 5‑star hotel or fine dining role
* Strong technical pastry skills and attention to detail
* Passionate, creative, and organised team player
