Key Responsibilities
* Develop, implement, and execute a regional sales plan that aligns with global business objectives, ensuring the achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
* Recruit, train, and mentor technical sales representatives and subject matter experts to deliver outstanding results in complex biopharmaceutical markets.
* Oversee key customer relationships, negotiate high‑value contracts, and coordinate global account strategies to strengthen long‑term partnerships.
* Work closely with product management, marketing, and global sales teams to introduce new products and services while enhancing customer value.
* Identify opportunities to enhance sales processes, implement best practices, and lead organizational change through influence and leadership.
Key Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biology, or a related technical field.
* At least 7 years’ international sales experience in the life sciences or biopharmaceutical industry.
* Proven ability to build, lead, and retain high-performing technical sales teams within complex scientific markets.
* Strong ability to plan and execute at both strategic and operational levels, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
* Demonstrated success in exceeding revenue goals and driving organizational change through effective leadership and cross‑functional collaboration.
