This role is a6 month Fixed Term Contract.
The Customer Service Administrator provides crucial administrative support for the wider Customer Services Team.
What you’ll do:
* Manage call lines for internal and external calls.
* Oversee and filter 3 separate inboxes, check customer orders, and direct enquiries to the appropriate teams.
* Support the sales team by inputting leads into Salesforce.
* Provide general administrative support, including handling post, sending couriers, and ordering office supplies.
* Any other ad hoc administrative duties.
What you’ll bring:
* Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role or other relevant support experience.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong prioritisation and organisational skills, with the ability to work on own independent initiative while collaborating with the team.
* Good communication skills and a customer-centric professional approach with colleagues and customers.
* Basic IT skills.
