Job Description Rottguard Fire Systems Ltd is seeking a Service Engineer – Fire Systems to support the Managing Director in the installation, servicing, maintenance, and commissioning of fire suppression systems across Ireland.
The role involves hands-on technical work both on-site and in the workshop, supporting fire system installations, system preparation, servicing activities, and project delivery in line with company safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities Assist with the installation, servicing, and maintenance of fire suppression systems Support system testing, inspections, and commissioning activities Assist with routine maintenance and fault identification Prepare and handle fire system components and cylinders in line with safety procedures Travel to project sites and assist with on-site works Support workshop and store organisation, tools, and stock control Complete basic service documentation and job reports Comply with all health, safety, and fire regulations Skills & Experience Required Technical background in maintenance, electronics, or engineering support roles Experience assisting with installations or servicing of technical systems Strong safety awareness and ability to follow procedures Good organisational and reporting skills Ability to work independently and as part of a small specialist team Willingness to complete required Irish safety training (e.g.
