Key Business Operations Specialist
Our company is seeking a Key Business Operations Specialist to support the EMEA business and customers. This role will play a pivotal part in streamlining processes, analyzing data, and fostering collaboration between sales teams and other departments.
The successful candidate will have 8 years of experience in sales operations, finance operations, or related fields. They will be proficient in advanced analytics, budget planning models, and consolidating data from various systems. Additionally, they will possess knowledge of sales methodology, process optimization, and performance metrics.
Responsibilities include:
* Developing, implementing, and optimizing customer strategies to drive new business growth.
* Conducting research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
* Supporting the development of account and territory plans, as well as managing compensation-related inquiries.
* Managing process workflows within Xactly and providing status updates to Senior-level Executives.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Advanced analytic skills with demonstrated ability to build budget and planning models in Excel.
* Ability to consolidate and leverage data gathered from various systems.
* Knowledge of sales methodology and process optimization.
* Experience supporting sales leaders managing multiple sales regions and customer segments.
* Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing.
