Scope and purpose:
To provide the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene to the Company standards within the service specification.
Responsible to:
Operations Manager
Liaise with:
Team leads, supervisors, clients and customers and delivery personnel.
MAIN DUTIES
* Have full knowledge of all areas where JLL carry out operations.
* Schedule and provide trainings on Client site specific procedures, prepare training material and equipment.
* Create training specification and create, adjust and delete curriculum where necessary
* Manage SMS training system appropriately, add, delete, schedule and complete trainings with JLL site team.
* Update and maintain training and trackers
* Complete JLL on the job trainings with staff members
* Have full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials and agents and use cleaning equipment as directed by your line manager only after COSHH and equipment training has been given. Report any equipment which is faulty, mark as faulty and do not use
* Report any safety hazards or inappropriate compromises to the line Manager e.g. locked fire door, lifting flooring, lights not working etc.
* To be aware of material expenditure and cost and avoid unnecessary waste.
* Comply with all security regulations for cleaning materials, equipment and buildings as laid down by client and JLL and report immediately any shortages or discrepancies found
* Ensure a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance and general cleanliness to comply with statutory and Company regulations.
* Provide cover in other areas in times of sickness and holidays
* Comply with all Company & client policies and statutory regulations relating to Health & Safety, safe working practices, hygiene, cleanliness, fire and COSHH. This will include your awareness of any specific hazards in your work place;
* Document completion of duties by completing forms, reports, logs, and electronic records.
* Complete all required documentation accurately and legibly.
* Carry out all other reasonable tasks as directed by management
* Working closely with an Admin support on training planning and completion
* Work closely with supervisors from all areas to complete scheduled trainings and look ached on training requirements.
* Support audit completion
* Excellent communication skills essential to communicate with team members, team leads, supervisors, managers and client colleagues
* Excellent organisational skills required to coordinate tasks and duties
* Administration & organisational duties
INFREQUENT DUTIES
* To prepare and assist in any special functions, which may sometimes be outside normal working hours
* To report and act on customer and client complaints or compliments and any incidents of accident, fire, theft, loss, damage, or other irregularities
* To attend meetings and training courses as may be necessary. Some of which may occur outside normal working hours.
* To carry out reasonable periods of overtime as may be required from time to time
* To train new colleagues by showing them tasks and how things are done.
* Upload all reports, noting and assigning actions ensuring follow up before closing out
* Using platforms provided record all JLL training for team members.
* Support if required with track and trend on-time training.
* Take on ad hoc projects from time to time as deemed necessary. Recommend control improvements that add value to the business.
* Work with management /team leads/to develop practical solutions for issues identified and carry out special investigations as required
* Carry out SOP /JLL training as required
* Assist if required with client focused training
* Helping in Reviewing & Updating Company Policies
KEY RESULT INDICATORS
* Comply with Company and statutory regulations relating to safe systems of work, health & safety, hygiene, cleanliness, fire and COSHH.
* To be agreed with Line Manager for location. K.P.I.'s to be monitored as part of performance review and appraisal process.
* To deliver consistent level of service within the company standards to the contract specification and agreed performance qualitative and financial targets.
