The role is office based in North Dublin.
The Service Operations Coordinator will act as a vital link between clients, service engineers, and internal teams.
This is a hands-on position that combines technical understanding with strong administrative and operational skills, ensuring smooth workflows across service scheduling, stock management, and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily service calls and act as a central contact for engineers and customers.
Maintain accurate service records and documentation Monitor and manage inventory levels, including stock control, replenishment, and warehouse organisation.
Producing invoices eSupport general office and warehouse administration to maintain efficient operations.
Work collaboratively with service engineers to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
Candidate Requirements Previous experience supporting service engineers, field-based teams, or similar operational functions.
Comfortable working across both office and warehouse environments.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Experience using service or inventory management systems Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
