The role is full remite. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, liaising with suppliers and subcontractors, and assisting with bid proposals. The role involves working closely with project managers and design teams to provide accurate and competitive pricing for roofing and cladding projects.QualificationsExperience in cost estimation, project analysis, and preparing accurate quotations for construction projects.Strong understanding of roofing and cladding systems, materials, and installation practices.Proficiency in using estimation software tools and Excel for calculations.Strong communication and negotiation skills for liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under deadlines.Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.Prior experience in the construction industry or a related field is preferred.A degree or diploma in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline is advantageous.
