Your New Role
As a Projects Administration & Communications Manager, you will join our client, a statutory agency that aims to redevelop Dublin City.
You will work closely with the Communications Manager and the Administration Manager to achieve this goal.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Director in the day-to-day operation of projects
* Project planning and scheduling undertaken jointly with the Director
* Consulting with project partners and stakeholders
* Collating all deliverables, milestones, and technical reports
* Arranging meetings and ensuring they are accurately recorded
* Communication responsibilities and general administration duties
What We're Looking For:
* Recent relevant experience in a similar project management role
* A recognised third-level or professional qualification at a minimum NFQ Level 8
* Extensive project administration experience with relevant agencies/reporting arrangements
* Experience working across a complex internal and external stakeholder landscape
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Excellent communication skills with proven experience dealing with internal and external stakeholders
Desirable Qualifications:
* Formal project management certification
* Experience in communications, public relations, marketing, or branding
