Customer Service l Manufacturing Med Device l Customer AccountsJob descriptionAn opportunity exists for a 1 year fix term contract as a Customer Service and Internal Sales Executive reporting to the Customer Service Lead to join our state of the art plant in Clara, Co Offaly.The successful candidate's will be responsible for providing first class sales support to the Nelipak sales team, ensuring all customer quotes, orders and issues are addressed in a timely fashion. They will be well-organised, self-directed high achievers with the ability to work independently or with a team. They will have previous experience in Sales and managing key accounts, in addition to an appreciation of customer focus and excellent quality service. Additionally, they will have a track record of developing and executing new business opportunities.In this role you will be responsible forTitle tasks such as:· Responsible for dealing with all queries/issues from both the international sales team and the customers in a timely and effective manner.· To maintain a log of open issues and keep customers informed of any progress. Monitor workflow to ensure timely turnaround on client queries. Partner with the sales team and customers to ensure they are happy with the service provided.· Establish controls to monitor all out-going correspondence to ensure accurate and professional responses.· Maintain knowledge of the company's products, facilities, website, policies & procedures.· Maintain & update the customer database.· Maintain metrics and provide regular reporting.· Responsible for the accurate entry and maintenance of customer orders on the Nelipak system.· Logging and responding to customer score cards.· Builds a customer loyalty through positive customer engagement and service excellence.· Maintains customer service processes, standards and metrics to support the customer-centric organization.· Supports technology and innovative service solutions to maintain an "ease of doing business" environment.· Consistently delivers a high degree of accuracy.· Partners with all functional areas within the organization to ensure a world class customer experience.· Is aligned with the Nelipak Core Values.Education:§ 3rdlevel qualificationSpecific Training and Experience:· Experience in Medical Device / Pharmaceutical industry would be an advantage.· Strong PC skills, particularly Microsoft Office Suite.· Attention to detail a key requirement.· SAP experience would be advantageous.Job Types: Full-time, Fixed TermSalary: €31,000.00 per yearJob Types: Full-time, Fixed termContract length: 12 monthsApplication question(s):fluent spoken and written English?Education:Leaving Certificate (preferred)Experience:customer service: 1 year (required)Licence/Certification:full Irish driving license ?
