We are seeking a skilled Project Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will assist the QS Team on all costs relating to Building and Civil aspects of various projects, from initial concept design stage estimate to final account settlement.

* Assist in preparing cost estimates throughout the various stages of the design and construction process.
* Advise clients on procurement and tendering strategies.
* Assist in implementing value engineering opportunities and managing VE processes.
* Identify, analyse and develop responses to commercial risks.
* Contract administration of various forms of Works Contracts.
* Preparation and analysing of tender costings.
* Manage the change order process with senior team members.
* Maintain awareness of different building contracts in current use.

Required Skills and Qualifications
">
The ideal candidate will have a BSc Level 8 Degree in Quantity Surveying, with experience working for a consultancy practice. They will also possess excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, as well as strong construction knowledge and experience in Building and Civil Works Projects.
