Overview
SS&C Intralinks is seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to join our sales team and help expand our presence in the Irish market. Based in Dublin, this is a unique opportunity to grow our footprint in a new region, engaging with financial institutions, corporates, and advisors to deliver industry-leading deal lifecycle solutions. Location: Dublin with regular travel to the London office.
What You Will Do
* Drive new business development by prospecting, qualifying, and securing meetings with decision-makers in target financial services and corporate accounts.
* Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to negotiation and close, ensuring accurate forecasting and achievement of revenue targets.
* Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, tailoring Intralinks’ value proposition to client needs across M&A, capital raising, and alternative investment workflows.
* Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline, leveraging CRM tools to track opportunities, update progress, and report on activity to sales leadership.
* Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, pre-sales, client success, product) to deliver a seamless experience for prospects and clients.
* Build SS&C Intralinks’ presence in the Irish market, networking with local stakeholders and identifying new growth opportunities in a region where the business is not yet established.
* Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings, ensuring conversations with prospects are consultative and positioned at a strategic level.
* Approximately 5 days per month within the UK.
What You Will Bring
* Significant experience in Corporate Finance, Corporate / Private Equity Law, Private Equity or Sales.
* Proven expertise and interest in financial technology or SaaS solutions, with a track record of consistently exceeding targets and building strong client relationships.
* Self-starter mentality and remote working discipline, to grow SS&C Intralinks’ presence in Ireland while staying fully aligned with the wider sales team.
* Deep knowledge of financial services markets, with the ability to quickly identify prospects, understand their deal lifecycle challenges, and articulate the value of SS&C Intralinks’ solutions.
* Strong business development and territory management skills, leveraging networking, outreach, and local market insights to open doors and drive pipeline growth in Dublin and the surrounding region.
* Collaborative and communicative approach, ensuring seamless coordination with internal stakeholders (marketing, product, customer success) while representing the company brand professionally in a new geography.
