The Role:
Supporting a busy dispatch function, you'll be responsible for maintaining schedules, processing paperwork, updating systems and communicating with customers and internal teams. You'll help coordinate daily operations, ensuring deliveries and service activities are managed efficiently while providing excellent customer service throughout.
Criteria:
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and email systems
A proactive and team-focused approach
Desirable Experience:
Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, transport or administrative support
Experience communicating with customers and coordinating schedules
Experience working within a manufacturing or operational environment
