We are seeking a Site Manager for a full-time role based in Dublin.
The role involves overseeing the efficient management of a building site, ensuring a safe working environment, and adhering to workplace Health and Safety requirements, while maximising productivity.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects, snag-free, on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Contracts Manager and carrying out all agreed duties
Front-line management of all industrial relations matters
Ensuring compliance with procedures and achievement of contractual commitments
Implementing and managing workplace Health and Safety practices (including Safety Manuals)
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years' practical experience managing construction sites
RC frame and fit-out experience required
