The successful candidate will guide the team, establish technical standards, and drive the architecture of mobile and web applications.Core ResponsibilitiesProvide technical leadership and architectural guidance for Flutter mobile and web applications.Lead complex UI implementations.Establish best practices, coding standards, and architecture patterns for the Flutter team.Mentor and develop the team, conduct code reviews, and facilitate technical knowledge sharing.Participate in hands-on development for critical features and proof-of-concepts.Drive performance optimization and cross-platform compatibility for Flutter apps.Skills RequiredProven experience leading and mentoring development teams.Extensive experience with Flutter across mobile and web platforms.Strong understanding of mobile/web architectures and dynamic UI challenges.Experience in team-level technical leadership or principal-level responsibilities.Experience with Angular is desirable but not essential.Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
