About the Role
This year, we're doubling down on craft, execution, and design leadership. We need leaders who elevate quality, bring creativity, drive best-in-class interaction and visual design, and push execution excellence. This is a build-and-scale role. We require makers, doers, and leaders who can partner with designers and jump into Figma as needed.
Must Have Experience
* Leading high-performing design teams in product-first companies.
* Hiring, coaching, and developing designers at all levels.
* Owning execution across a portfolio of product areas and driving design excellence.
* Partnering with Product and Engineering leadership to align priorities and move fast.
