Job Summary
The Staff IT Operations Reporting Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to end users, with a focus on developing, managing, and optimizing reporting processes to support operational excellence in a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with multi-functional teams, senior partners, and sponsors to capture reporting needs and translate them into actionable digital solutions from the ground up.
* Lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative performance dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and Splunk.
* Continuously identify and implement improvements to reporting processes and methodologies.
* Analyse operational data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
* Provide training and support to team members on reporting tools and standard processes.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all reporting activities.
* Act as an ambassador for IT, working across the business to provide effective communication on IT matters and build partnerships with teams to ensure effective dialogue between departments.
This role requires a deep understanding of data analytics, reporting tools, and the ability to translate sophisticated data into actionable insights.
