A leading residential developer is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team for a high-quality housing development in Kildare. This is a permanent position with a reputable company known for delivering exceptional residential projects across Leinster. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations on site from groundworks through to handover. Ensure work is carried out in accordance with design, specifications, and programme. Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and site staff. Maintain high standards of health & safety and quality assurance. Manage schedules, deliveries, and resources efficiently. Report to the Project Manager and senior management regularly. Requirements: Minimum 5+ years experience in a similar Site Management role. Proven background delivering residential developments in Ireland. Strong knowledge of current building regulations and health & safety legislation. Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills. Ability to drive construction schedules and manage on-site activities effectively. Trade background or construction-related qualification is advantageous. Full driving licence required.
