• To succeed in this role, you need 2-3 Years experience in Food and Beverage management in a 4/5* hotel environment.
• Set service standards for daily operations and ensure that they are met consistently.
• Manage a busy restaurant and bar efficiently, train and up-skill your team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Excellent Communication, Organisation and Time Management skills are crucial for success in this position.
