Right now, we're looking for penultimate year university undergraduates who want to join our Dublin office during the Spring academic term to as part of the University College Dublin Academic Internship programme. The internship will run from January to April 2026. You will get broad exposure to the type of work our Dublin office looks after, e.g. audit, accounts, tax.

About your role
Our scheme runs for a period of twelve weeks and provides a unique and valuable insight into the workings of Saffery.
You'll be partnered with a dedicated mentor who will ensure your placement is both enjoyable and challenging.
About the team
The firm's Film and TV department are the market leaders in this sector in both Ireland and the UK and offer a dynamic environment with huge scope for professional and personal development as the firm grows. Saffery in the UK are the market leaders in film and TV finance. The UK sector is the largest production hub outside of Los Angeles with countless LA companies and studios now choosing the UK and Ireland to produce their content and with on-going expansion of the Irish market.
Located on St Stephens Green in Dublin, the Film and TV team service over 70% of the Irish film and TV market including significant inward investment projects, working regularly with Netflix, Disney, Lucasfilm, Apple etc.

What you'll need
* A minimum of 400 Leaving Certificate points or 120 UCAS points (or equivalent), and
* A minimum of B (or equivalent) in GCSE/Junior Certificate Maths and English Language.

For your return, we can offer three year training contracts with a view to becoming an ACCA qualified accountant.

What we'll offer you
* A 35-hour working week with flexibility around the core hours of 10am-4pm
* To recognise your contribution to the firm as an intern, we pay an hourly rate and compensate any appropriate expenses (if you travel to a client)
* Annual leave allowance (pro-rated)
