Location: Cork, Ireland
Contract: Full Time - On Site (4 days per week)
This professional must be based in Cork Ireland working fully on Site 4 days per week. Potential relocation to Cork, Ireland is possible.
Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.

Overall, Purpose of this Job:
The HR Leader will actively support business leaders to drive the talent agenda to enable business results through Coaching, Talent Management, Organizational Design, Change Management, and Business Partnering. They will address complex organizational challenges by providing strong HR leadership in support of business goals, enterprise, and sector HR strategies.
The main client group in this role will be the Cork DPS site, but the role will also support other business groups and leaders based in Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with business leaders, ensuring a deep connection with and knowledge about the businesses and operating environment and be a strategic people partner.
• Deploy global/sector standardized HR strategy in partnership with Business leaders to drive business performance and growth.
• In collaboration with the business, design and implement a robust Talent Strategy to ensure a strong pipeline of talent for current and future business needs.
• Drive a strong culture of engagement through the application of organizational development interventions, coaching and strong business partnership.
• Collaborate with the One HR Team to create and implement an integrated HR Strategy for each client organization.
• Develop and implement effective change strategies to enable the organization to thrive through periods of change.
We would like if you do have:
• University/Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.
• 8+ years professional experience; minimum of 5 years of progressive HR -Supply Chain manufacturing or operations experience
• Has experience managing, planning, and implementing projects and business support initiatives being both Strategic and Operational.
• Relationship management, coaching and collaboration skills.
• Influence, shaping solutions negotiation and partnership skills
• Embodies strong interpersonal, consultative and facilitation skills.
• Enthusiastic teammate with a strong drive to create a positive work environment.
• Ability to understand and integrate internal and external business drivers and financial metrics to drive talent outcomes for the business.
• Experience with innovative change efforts, including developing and implementing detailed change management plans.
• Experience supporting multiple business functions and working in various industries, ideally within large, complex organizations.
• Role may require travel up to 20%.
