We are recruiting on behalf of a global payments and financial technology organisation seeking an experienced Global Payroll Project Manager to support outsourced payroll initiatives in partnership with ADP.
This is an on-site contract role, working closely with HR, HRIT, Finance, IT, Integration, and external payroll vendors to ensure successful delivery of multi-country payroll implementations.
The role
* Lead end-to-end delivery of global payroll implementation projects
* Own project intake, clarify business objectives, and define success measures
* Gather and document requirements, and lead configuration and testing activities
* Build and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, and task lists
* Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and payroll vendors (including ADP)
* Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery issues throughout the lifecycle
* Drive projects from concept through final implementation and handover
* Provide clear status updates and reporting to stakeholders
* Maintain complete and accurate project documentation
* Organise and lead project meetings and working sessions
* Manage multiple payroll projects concurrently
Required experience
* 4+ years' experience in project management or payroll delivery roles
* Experience with outsourced payroll platforms
* Working knowledge of ADP payroll solutions (e.g. GlobalView, Celergo, or similar)
* Experience working across HR, HRIT, Finance, IT, and vendors
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Fluent English, written and spoken
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
