The purpose of the Maintenance Technician is to carry out repair and maintenance tasks of all process and/or facilities equipment, ensuring an acceptable level of production output in full compliance with quality, safety, and cGMP standards.

Please note: this role involves a 24/7 shift pattern and is a fixed-term contract.
Main responsibilities:
* Perform repair and maintenance tasks on process and/or facilities equipment to ensure optimal production in compliance with quality, safety, and cGMP standards.
* Input data into the maintenance PM system and operate such systems.
* Work proactively and assume responsibility as needed.
* Train others on equipment, maintenance tasks, setup procedures, and safety awareness if required.
* Operate and maintain equipment to meet production standards.
* Complete all duties according to relevant SOPs.
* Follow dress code requirements respecting cGMP and PPE rules.
* Conduct maintenance safely and report safety issues or concerns.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization in the maintenance area.
* Accurately complete all documentation on time.
* Maintain good punctuality and attendance.
* Support team goals and participate in meetings.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
* Support other maintenance teams as needed.
* Communicate equipment issues, PMs, repairs, and report serious downtime via email.
* Ensure compliance with cGMP standards at all times.
About you:
* At least 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
* Strong understanding of utilities or maintenance facilities.
* Experience with preventive maintenance systems.
* Proficient in operating and troubleshooting pneumatic systems.
* Knowledge of health & safety and legal requirements for safe team operation.
* Problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Technical writing skills.
* Good knowledge of cGMP.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
