At WSP, we're looking for graduates to join our Transport & Infrastructure teams. We want someone with a flexible approach and an appetite to learn in a leading engineering and professional services firm.

We deliver projects in urban and rural environments in rail, transit, aviation, roads, bridges, tunnels, and maritime.

About Your Role

You'll be part of one of our teams:

* Civils: Utilising practical experience, strong numerical skills, asset management practice, and understanding of structural behaviour to create designs or advise on policy for roads, railways, bridges, property, ports, and airports.
* Roads: Contributing to the design and improvement of transportation systems across many major projects, directly contributing to the betterment of society.
* Intelligent Infrastructure: Improving the operational and safety performance of transportation networks with the help of leading-edge technologies.


What We Offer

We have a unique Professional Growth Network (PGN) is a networking group run by early career professionals for early career professionals.

We also offer a 2-year Graduate Programme designed to support personal career development and growth through a blended learning experience.

The programme includes core business skills, career-focused training, networking opportunities, professional registration mentoring, and on-the-job experience.

We will fully support your development through enrolment onto a training agreement with an appropriate professional body enabling you to progress to chartered or incorporated status.


Requirements

You'll need to have graduated with at least a 2:2 in a master's or bachelor's degree in a relevant degree subject for the role you are applying for.
