As a Field Service Engineer, you will:
* Be a self-driven, personable professional committed to delivering exceptional service to customers and colleagues.
* Be based in the field across Ireland, specifically Cork, responsible for installing and maintaining equipment at customer premises.
* Handle complex installations, servicing, and breakdown calls for coffee machines, water coolers, juice machines, boiler systems, and provide training to customers on machine operation.
The Role - Field Service Engineer
* Deliver exceptional customer service through installation, repair, and maintenance of equipment, ensuring clear communication with customers.
* Perform a range of repairs and preventative maintenance, from fault diagnosis to ensuring equipment is in good working order and customers are briefed.
* Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles, reporting any faults or issues promptly.
* Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly, including online job sheets and timesheets.
* Manage spare parts inventory via Eagle App, ensuring parts are invoiced, stock is maintained, and vehicle inventory is replenished.
* Follow health and safety procedures, reporting risks to management.
Requirements for the Role
* Technical skills including experience with Bean to Cup, Billi systems, electronics, POU coolers, plumbing, vending machines, filtration, and coffee quality.
* Proactive problem-solving approach.
* Excellent customer service and active listening skills.
* Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers, colleagues, and management.
* Good knowledge of locations and road networks.
* Full, clean driving license.
