Shuttle Bus Driver – Dublin Airport
Do you thrive in customer-facing positions and enjoy collaborating within a diverse team? We are seeking a Shuttle Bus Driver at Dublin Airport, reporting to the Airport Manager. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment focused on customer service during the rental process.
This is a shift position with a scheduled roster, early starts, and working 5/7 days between 5am-1am on a flexible basis. Applicants must hold a valid D/D1 licence and a CPC card.

Key Responsibilities:
* Transport customers safely and promptly to and from airport terminals and rental sites.
* Provide high-quality customer service.
* Assist with luggage.
* Provide information, handle queries/complaints, or escalate as needed.
* Conduct daily walk-round checks of the bus and report defects.
* Ensure the bus is fueled and presentable.
* Drive safely, adhering to company standards and traffic laws.
* Advise passengers to wear seatbelts and ensure seating limits are respected.
* Disembark passengers at correct destinations.
* Report accidents/incidents.
* Support efficient and cost-effective operations.
* Report relevant commercial activities.
* Follow all policies, procedures, and safety guidelines, ensuring personal and team safety.
* Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Your Skills:
* Full D/D1 category licence with CPC card.
* Clean driving record.
* Experience as a bus driver preferred.
* Excellent driving and navigation skills.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work independently and make quick decisions.
* Flexible to varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Physical ability to sit for long periods and perform physical tasks.
* Adaptability and enthusiasm.
