This is a key role within the business, responsible for driving occupancy, revenue growth, and delivering an excellent booking experience for our guests and partners.

What we are looking for:
Previous experience in Reservations or Revenue Management within a hotel or hospitality environment is essential.
Confident team leader with strong communication, organisation, and coaching skills.
Proficient with hotel PMS/CRS systems such as Opera Cloud
Detail focused with knowledge of the practices and principles within Revenue management
Able to prioritise and manage a fast-paced workload
Key Responsibilities
Engage with the Reservations Mangers in relation to the day-to-day operations of the Group Reservation teams, ensuring a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and customer service.
Lead, train, motivate, and support team members to achieve individual and departmental targets.
Manage group bookings, corporate reservations, and long-stay accommodation enquiries from initial contact through to arrival.
Maintain and update room rates, promotional offers, and availability across internal systems and booking channels.
Manage relationships with 3rd party booking platforms (OTAs), ensuring accurate content, rates, and inventory are consistently maintained.
Work closely with the Lodge, Front Office, and Sales teams to maximise occupancy and yield.
Prepare reservation reports, track performance KPIs, and support forecasting and planning.
Resolve guest or agent queries professionally and promptly.
