Leading a team of quantity surveyors on multiple projects in Ireland is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced professional. A Senior Quantity Surveyor with at least 10 years of experience, either chartered or SCSI registered, will lead the function across various projects.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage the quantity surveying team to ensure projects are completed within budget and time.
* Prepare and review tender documents, including bills of quantities and schedules of rates.
* Evaluate and negotiate contracts, changes and variations, ensuring all parties are informed.
* Document project progress and assist in the preparation of cost plans and cash flow projections.
Requirements:
* Degree educated in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
* Proven track record as a Quantity Surveyor in the Consultancy construction sector.
* Strong understanding of construction methodologies, cost management, and contract administration.
