Dublin (with regular travel to client sites across Europe) – Must hold a valid visa and be based in Ireland.

We are currently hiring for a skilled and motivated
Site Service Engineer
to join our electrical manufacturer client's team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to work across both workshop and site-based environments, supporting the delivery, installation, and maintenance of low voltage (LV) switchgear and power distribution systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out installation, testing, commissioning, and servicing of LV switchgear and related equipment
* Diagnose and resolve electrical faults both in-house and on client sites
* Conduct thermal imaging surveys and perform necessary switchgear modifications
* Liaise with clients and project teams to ensure high standards of delivery
* Complete all required documentation, including test certificates and service reports
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
* Support continuous improvement through reporting and feedback
Requirements:
* Recognised Electrical Qualification (Ireland or equivalent)
* Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience
* Strong background in LV switchgear or related electrical systems
* Full, clean driving licence
* Safe Pass and Manual Handling certifications
* Willingness to travel regularly across Europe and work outside standard hours when needed
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
* Eligibility to work in the EU and proficiency in English
