We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie to join the culinary team at a luxury hotel in Co. Cavan. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled chef to work in a professional kitchen that values quality, teamwork, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes
* Support senior chefs in day-to-day kitchen operations
* Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
* Participate in menu planning and development
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation in your designated section
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a 4* or 5* hotel or fine dining environment
* Formal culinary qualification preferred
* Excellent knowledge of HACCP
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
* Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
* Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
