Position Overview
We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accommodation Manager to join our team and contribute to the future success of Killashee Hotel. Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you will lead the Accommodation Department to ensure smooth operations and deliver the highest standards of guest service.
Responsibilities
* Manage Accommodation Department in line with expectations to achieve company goals in relation to: guest satisfaction, employee engagement, stock control and standards of cleanliness
* Ensure that we have most up-to date Standard Operating Procedures in place and the team is fully trained
* Responsible for stock ordering, control and par levels within the department
* Monitor Standard of work, ensuring the highest quality.
* Lead and direct the accommodation team ensuring that they are fully engaged and motivated
* Ensure compliance with all H&S regulations both internally and externally.
* Monitor the cleanliness of all public areas in the hotel
* Liaise with Maintenance department to ensure the hotel standards are consistently high.
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum 3 years experience Accommodation Manager role
* Proficiency with property management systems; Opera experience preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated with a positive, proactive attitude.
* Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding service.
* Proven ability to build and sustain effective relationships with colleagues and customers.
* Strong leadership skills to motivate and empower teams to reach their potential.
