About Your New Job
* As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and negotiating with large-scale builders.
* You will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient stock management, purchasing, and supplier relations.
* Lead and develop the sales team, ensuring they meet targets and provide excellent customer service.
* Maintain and develop customer and branch contracts, pricing structures, and support credit control.
* Ensure the yard operates safely and efficiently, with regular checks on trucks and forklifts.
What Skills You Need
* Proven experience in sales, particularly in negotiating with large-scale clients.
* Strong people management and development skills.
* Experience in stock management, purchasing, and supplier relations.
* Ability to maintain excellent customer service and develop customer relationships.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices.
