As a key leader in manufacturing engineering, you will be responsible for driving successful change management outcomes and meeting new product introduction schedules. Your primary objective is to enhance productivity and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive project initiatives that support company objectives
* Participate as a strategic partner in the leadership team
* Contribute to business strategy development and operational execution of business plans
* Provide direction and leadership for all Manufacturing Engineering and facilities activities and teams
You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to required standards, including ISO13485 and GDP. You will also contribute to maintaining AVN's reputation for delivering innovative products that improve patients' lives.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or equivalent work experience
* Certification or equivalent working knowledge of improvement tools and methodologies, such as Lean/Six Sigma
* 2-5 years of demonstrated success in Project Management and manufacturing operations
