Offer description

Responsibilities

Support underwriting of acquisitions and existing development opportunities including financial modelling, investment memos, deal structuring and due diligence.
Providing accurate financial modelling and scenario planning to enable effective decision making across the portfolio.
Work cross functionally in compiling, preparing and finalising development appraisals and modelling to support key decision making.
Support the Investment Team in gateway review stages, ensuring that financial, commercial, and design teams are aligned before presentation to senior leadership team members.
Support the long‑term land pipeline planning through site‑by‑site optimisation & exit strategy
Assist in preparing weekly functional presentations for senior leadership team.
Conduct market research including researching market trends, competitor positioning, and policy changes influencing acquisition strategy and broader portfolio positioning.

Requirements

Degree or relevant experience in real estate, finance, economics etc.
Strong financial modelling capability.
Keen interest in development.
3-5 years’ experience.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong presentation skills.
Strong problem solving and attention to detail-orientation.
Highly commercial, proactive and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment.
