Job Opportunity:
As a seasoned professional in site management, we are seeking an experienced individual to oversee all aspects of site operations. This includes managing construction sites, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining accurate records of site reports.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the safe working practices of site operatives and ensure adherence to relevant regulations
* Work closely with the contracts manager to develop and implement the construction programme
* Collaborate with clients to report on daily progress and provide updates on project milestones
* Supervise on-site staff and manage sub-contractors and labour personnel
* Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of experience in site management
* Strong knowledge of timberframe residential schemes and relevant industry standards
* First aid training and relevant certifications to site manager level
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, meeting deadlines and targets
* Analytical and decision-making skills, with proficiency in MS Office and industry-specific software
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience in Irish water regulations and compliance legislations
