* Process customer orders accurately and promptly upon receipt
* Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting according to business requirements
* Provide basic product information to customers

* Process returns and ensure smooth resolution of issues
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Native or near-native fluency in German and advanced English (C1/C2)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general PC literacy
* Experience in order entry, customer support, or a strong interest in developing a career in customer service
