SOS Group Security Services are looking for Security Officers in Longford Area.

Shift pattern:
5 days over 7, weekend work may be required and the roster will be issued on a weekly basis.
Security Officer Responsibilities:
* Monitor surveillance systems and respond to any security incidents.
* Enforce security protocols and procedures.
* Collaborate with team members to uphold a strong security presence.
* Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
* Previous security experience preferred but not required. Perks:

* Complete the site specific training and duties as outlined in the assignment instructions.
* Patrol and monitor activities on the client premises to ensure the environment is safe and secure. Complete patrols using the software provided.
* Familiarize yourself with any assignment instructions for assigned location and suggest improvements or enhance service level.
* Log and report breaches of security procedures, fire alarm activations & Health and Safety hazards on clients site.
* Monitor surveillance cameras, and the fire alarm as required.
* Check in with the ARC as required.
* Be the eyes and ears of our client, supporting residents and generally being a friendly face.
* Secure common areas at the required times, and restrict access.
* Be highly visible on site, patrolling regularly.
* Prevent anti-social behavior by anticipating risks, and possible locations where groups may gather.
* Providing detailed reports on daily activities and any incidents that may have occurred
* Maintain a highly professional image to team members, customers, staff and general public at all times.
Qualifications:
* PSA license is required
* Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Positive and collaborative work environment.
* English level B2/C1.

Mond to Saturday: € 15.41
Sunday: € 22.99
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: €14.50-€19.00 per hour
