We're a growing tyre and auto service company, looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to increase sales and phone calls. This role is about real sales results, not just social media posting. Based in Naas, W91PF97. But may require travel to Blanchardstown D11DC90 monthly, for meetings. (TO BE DISCUSSED)
What You'll Do
* Create online bookings & increase inbound calls
* Manage Google Ads & Local SEO
* Optimise Google Business Profile
* Optimise use of WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other social media
* Improve website design and conversions
* Run Facebook & Instagram ads
* Track and report ROI weekly and monthly

What We're Looking For
* Proven experience generating leads or sales online
* Strong Google Ads, Local SEO and social marketing skills
* Results-driven mindset with an action plan / strategy
* Local service business experience preferred

Pay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per year

This is a front-line, hands-on role at the coal face of the business.
You will be directly responsible for generating all bookings, calls, and online sales results.
This position is not for someone who:
Hides behind agencies, juniors, or third parties
Only talks and creates reports or strategies, without execution
Avoids accountability for performance
Again, you will personally manage, execute, test, and optimise campaigns and will be measured on real outcomes — enquiries, bookings, and revenue.
