We are seeking an experienced Receptionist/Front of House professional to take a leadership role within our Dublin team.
This is a permanent position, working on a shift basis within the reception's operating hours of 08:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday.
Flexibility is required for occasional earlier starts or later finishes to accommodate business and client requirements.
WHAT TO EXPECT IN THIS ROLE To lead and manage the reception team, ensuring the delivery of an exceptional front of house experience for all clients, visitors, and staff.
The Team Leader will set the standard for service excellence, oversee daily operations, and support the development and performance of the team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Lead, motivate, and supervise the premium receptionist team to deliver outstanding customer service at all times.
• Act as the first point of contact for escalated queries, complaints, or complex visitor requirements.
• Ensure the reception area is maintained to the highest standards of professionalism, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Oversee event and catering management for client meetings and internal functions, including coordinating requirements, liaising with suppliers, ensuring high standards of presentation, and managing logistics to deliver a seamless experience.
• Oversee daily operations including visitor management, meeting room bookings, switchboard, and post handling.
• Undertake Management Information Reporting for client services, Finance Tracking among other related financial and administrative duties • Develop and implement service improvement initiatives and best practices.
• Train, coach, and support team members, conducting regular performance reviews and identifying development needs.
• Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor and report on service levels, team performance, and client feedback.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety, and data protection regulations.
• Responsible for rota management, absence cover, and recruitment as required.
YOUR AREAS OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE: • Previous experience in a premium reception or front of house role, ideally within a corporate or hospitality environment.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving skills.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and customer focus.
• IT literate, with experience using visitor management and booking systems.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations diplomatically.
