About the Opportunity
This is a rare chance to be part of a pioneering Cancer Centre in Limerick, shaping the operational delivery of Radiation Oncology services from inception. We are seeking an experienced Oncology Operations Manager to lead and coordinate daily operations across Radiotherapy services.
Job Responsibilities:
* Clinical Operations Management: Provide strategic leadership for day-to-day operations in Radiotherapy and Medical Oncology departments.
* Patient Safety and Quality Assurance: Lead QA initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards; chair CQI meetings, set measurable goals, and track outcomes.
* Business & Financial Management: Oversee budgets for operational and capital expenditures; monitor financial performance, productivity, service volumes;
The department will have access to cutting-edge technologies including Two Varian Linear Accelerators (True Beam & Edge), CT Simulation scanner
