Offer description

* Previous experience working with Sage System
* Experienced at Bank Reconciliation
* Create and Liaise with Director regarding bank payments required
* Liaise with Accountant regarding Accounts & VAT etc
* Manage ROS Account
* Register Motor Vehicles through ROS – Training will be provided
* Able to use MotorTrans – Training will be provided
* Answer Calls and Attend Customers where needed if other staff members are busy
* Manage Customer Accounts and obtain capital for Accounts monthly
* Manage Supplier Accounts and make payments where necessary weekly/monthly
* Liaise with Contracted Customers regarding invoicing and order numbers etc

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: €14.00-€16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
