Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Manager located in Dublin. The Event Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events, including intimate meetings and large conferences. This role involves liaising with clients, managing budgets, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring that all events run smoothly and efficiently. The Event Manager will also supervise on-site operations during events to ensure client satisfaction and manage any issues that arise.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in event planning and management, including budgeting and logistics
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in event management software and tools
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
* Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or related field is preferred
