The purpose of the post is to assist with the preparation and service of meals and beverages in the hospital at the required time in accordance with the hospital, food safety, hygiene and statutory standards.
To ensure that the catering department and kitchenette service area are kept thoroughly clean at all times.
Catering assistants will be required to work in the Main catering department or Ward catering area as per the needs of the service.
