A new permanent part-time position has become available for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join the Financial Department of a 5-Star Hotel. Reporting directly to the Hotel Accountant, this role is crucial to the hotel's daily operations.
The hotel is Ireland’s original 5-Star establishment, located in the heart of Kenmare.
This is a 3-day week, fully onsite, part-time role.

Role of this position
* Compile and maintain daily sales figures.
* Manage Debtors and Creditors ledgers.
* Assist in preparing the Audit Pack and provide ad hoc reporting.
* Maintain the Gift Voucher Control Account.
* Conduct daily banking activities as required.
* Support the accountant with various ad hoc projects.
* Perform general administrative duties and other assigned tasks.
Job Requirements
* Experience in a similar Accounts Assistant role.
* Hold an Accounting Technician certification or be actively pursuing one.
* Experience with Hotsoft, SAGE, MicroPay, AutoEntry, and ProcureWizard is advantageous.
* Excellent communication skills.
